Qualifying Persons

1. Vaultdrop.co.uk is operated by Huncote House Ltd, offering skill-based competitions that result in the allocation of prizes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Competitions are open to all UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees or contractors of Vaultdrop.
3. Vaultdrop reserves the right to suspend or close accounts, cancel entries, or withhold prizes where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity.
4. Entrants outside the UK are liable for local taxes or restrictions.
5. By entering, you agree to receive updates via SMS, email, or phone.

Legal Undertaking

1. By entering, you confirm legal eligibility and agreement to these Terms.
2. Competitions are skill-based and exempt from gambling regulations under the Gambling Act 2005.
3. Competitions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Competition Entry

1. Entries can be made via https://vaultdrop.co.uk.
2. You must register and provide accurate details.
3. One account per person. Entries beyond the cap will be voided.
4. Competitions close on ticket sell-out or guaranteed draw date.

Free Entry Route

1. Send a postcard with full name, address, phone, email, DOB, correct answer, and competition name.
2. Send to: Free Entry – Vaultdrop, 15 Haines Road, Leicester, LE9 3BU.
3. Entries must match a registered account and arrive 24 hours before the draw.

Competition Draw & Judgement

1. Winners are selected via RNG or ball machine, streamed where possible.
2. Only valid entries with correct answers are eligible.
3. Winners are contacted via account details.

Prizes & Delivery

1. Prizes are non-transferable and owned by Vaultdrop until delivery.
2. Free UK mainland delivery. Extras may apply outside this area.
3. Vehicles delivered roadworthy with minimum 3-month MOT.

Winner Obligations

1. Winners may be asked to appear in promotional content.
2. Identity verification is required to claim prizes.

Vaultdrop is not liable for delays, losses, or external issues post-delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Entries are final and non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled or in case of technical error.
